No student names, birthdates, or ID numbers are stored. Dates, ID numbers, emails, and phone numbers are flagged in your browser before any text is sent. A student name you enter in the shield field is swapped for an alias on your device; the automatic check can't detect names on its own, so leave real names out of anything you paste without it. Documents use teacher-chosen aliases, and content is never used to train AI models.
